Tally Ho Driving School

At Tally Ho! we provide PCV driver instruction for licence classes D1 and D. Our instructor will accompany you in one of our training vehicles giving you comprehensive coaching in driving techniques as well as discussing the theory and “case study” elements of the new driving test. You will be trained using the routes covered during the tests in Plymouth or Exeter. The cost of the course will depend on the amount of training each individual requires and is also how quickly you pass! Just ask us for details.

Recent changes in licence requirements mean that minibus drivers (more than 8 seats) may now need a PCV qualification to carry fare paying passengers . You can get further information from the Driving Standards Agency.

We also provide a continuous programme of refresher courses for qualified drivers to check their standards and update their skills and knowledge. Every Tally Ho! driver receives a refresher course once a year and we are happy to provide this service for others.

We arrange our own Driver CPC courses and are happy to include other PCV drivers in our training schedule. The cost is available on request.
